  You can often gauge a Japanese restaurant by the quality of their agadashi tofu. Osaka's is among some of the best - a delightful combination of the tender cubes of tofu blanketed with a crispy coating. The sauce is perfect!

  Very fresh ingredients with flavour that compares to excellent sushi found in Calgary and Red Deer. The prices are remarkably reasonable.

  Great food. Most everything is made from scratch. The Donburi's are my favorite!

  All of the items at the restaurant are made fresh to order, nothing is frozen but instead prepared from scratch! This is a nice welcome to Sundre and area with their take out menu and large serving size. James and Grace (the owners) are very nice people, too. No raw fish options with the sushi menu, but I'm not sure I'd be willing to pay the price to get sushi grade fish to town.
